BM, MAHomero has been an active musician in the Amarillo area since the late 1990's. He has performed in a variety of musical settings including: Rock, Classical, Jazz, Latin, Jazz-Fusion, Blues, and Contemporary ensembles. Homero began his formal music education at Amarillo College where he attended from 1998-2001. He then moved to Hollywood, California where he attended the Musicians Institute, a contemporary music conservatory in the center of the music industry from 2001-2004. Homero holds a Bachelor of Music Degree in Commercial Music and a Master of Arts degree in Music Composition. In addition to being a full time instructor with Amarillo Music Academy Homero is currently a part-time instructor in guitar and the music lab supervisor for Amarillo College
Ricardo Cruz
BA, Texas Educator Certified in MusicMy musical background began when I started playing guitar in High School. After graduation, I began my formal musical training at Amarillo College. During my studies at AC I preformed with the Guitar Ensemble and AC Jazz Band. After receiving my Associate of Arts Degree I continued my education at Texas Tech University. I got the chance to study with some fantastic teachers and perform with many talented musicians. I performed with the Texas Tech Guitar Ensemble and our group competed in the Brownsville Guitar Ensemble Festival. In the Spring of 2007 I received my Bachelors degree in Music Education and Music Performance. In addition to being a degreed music teacher, I also have a certification from the state of Texas to teach music Early Childhood to 12th Grade.

Q. When is payment due?
Our monthly tuition fee is required in advance on the first lesson of each month.
Q. Who do I make checks payable to?
If you are paying by check please make it payable to your instructor as follows:
- Homero Campos - $85.00 (or $105.00 for five lesson months)
- Ricardo Cruz - $85.00 (or $105.00 for five lesson months)
Q. How often are lessons?
The monthly rate will entitle the student to one half-hour lesson per week at his/her reserved time and will be charged regardless of attendance.
Q. What happens if I miss a lesson?
Make-up lessons may be available at the discretion of the instructor for cancellations with 24-hour notice. Pro-rating the monthly fee will only be done if the instructor is absent or is unable to provide a make-up lesson.
A student arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a "no-show".
Q. Can I accompany my child to lessons?
We suggest that parents accompany children to and from the studio, and a waiting area is available for your convenience. However, uanattended siblings or other guests are not allowed in the waiting area.
